Having spent much of her career on Wall Street, Umber decided to bring together her financial expertise with her passion of food to create a global brand rooted in the staunch belief that what you eat changes who you are as a person. My grandfather. He created the most amazing of lives, one filled with dignity and honor, transformation and purpose. Plus, he taught me to play cards with him when I was three years old. I can now shuffle like a Vegas dealer!
