Olivia is the founder and CEO of Hats by Olivia, a brand dedicated to making fashion-forward hats and accessories. This year, Olivia transitioned Hats by Olivia from side hustle to full time career. When she is not working on growing her brand she is on a lifetime search for the world’s best beaches. Olivia lives in Dallas, Texas with Poppy, her recently adopted poodle. Anything you want to do can be a career. Rather than looking at jobs, figure out where you want to be, what you are interested in and what you want your lifestyle to be and seek out careers that fulfill those goals.

Elta MD Tinted Sunscreen. My mom is a skin cancer survivor who always told me to wear a hat at the beach, in my day to day life protecting my face with sunscreen is always a priority.

Shoe Dog by Phil Knight. As both a current entrepreneur and former athlete I loved this book for both the background on Nike as well as seeing the years of risks, mistakes, and mishaps that created the brand and company I admire today.

On my hands I have my new favorite neutral, OPI’s You Callin’ Me a Lyre? And on my toes I have my all-time favorite polish OPI’s Cajun Shrimp, the perfect shade of red-orange.

Tennis! I took lessons my senior year of high school and still have my racquet but I haven’t been on the court in years.
