Best piece of advice you would give to new moms:

Molly

Advice I’d give to new moms would be... don’t be too hard on yourself. Embrace the happy mess. The days are long and the years are short... cherish it.

How do you find balance between your work and personal life:

Molly

To find a balance between my work and personal life I make sure that I have a schedule and am extremely organized. Work when you have to work ...and when you’re with your family or friends, make sure you’re present—unless you’re sharing it on Instagram Story. ;)

What are your skincare secrets:

Molly

I think the biggest secret as a mom is to rely on the face masks and eye masks. Try to do as much as you can at home when you don’t have a lot of time. Multitask! When you give the kids a bath or make breakfast, pop on a sheet mask. I love the full face ones from Babor and eye masks from Talika and Wander Beauty.

Your #1 tip for living a more chic life:

Molly

My #1 tip for living a more chic life has to be Gucci slides... just kidding (not really). But get the best pair of sunglasses that you can afford that looks good on you. Honestly, A great shoe, a great pair of sunglasses, a great bag, and a great coat are the four staples you need in your closet to constantly add the perfect amount of chicness.

Your go-to quick and easy healthy meal:

Molly

A Kelly Leveque smoothie is my one signature go-to. Her smoothies consist of 20 grams of protein, 10 grams of fiber, 1 tablespoon of fat, a handful of greens, 1/4 cup of fruit, superfoods and liquid. Rachel Zoe always taught me to take one thing off one when I get dressed and I use that advice when it comes to what I put in my mouth. If you top your salad off with cheese or cranberries, take one of those off. Less is more. Also, don’t drink your calories. Be cognizant of what is in your smoothie and salads.

The one thing in your closet you can’t live without:

Molly

One thing in my closet that I can’t live without is my Hermes Birkin that I bought myself 18 years ago. I saved and saved and saved... it’s my fourth child.

Best hack for keeping an organized and happy home:

Molly

The best organization hack that I’ve learned from The Home Edit is to keep your drawers, closet, and baskets 80% full and 20% empty. Buy a label machine, it will become your best friend. Each of my kids have their own baskets for their toys and shoes, which is, of course, labeled.

You decompress each day by:

Molly

I decompress each day by working out! I love to do the Tracy Anderson Method a few times a week mixed in with some yoga. I recently discovered CorePower Yoga and I’m obsessed! Finishing the day with a hefty glass of rose is pretty helpful as well.

Your biggest fashion faux pas:

Molly

My biggest fashion faux pas was when I tried to pull off a beret... with a choker. I still cringe at the photo.

On Sunday, we’ll find you wearing:

Molly

On a Sunday you would find me wearing Nili Lotan jeans, an ATM t-shirt, Golden Goose shoes, a Simon Miller hoodie and YSL aviators.
