My favorite Instagram account is @NapkinApocolypse. The girl behind it indescribably awesome. She has these great dogs that she dresses up, one of them has her own account - @pamlovesferrariboys, and it's incredible. It sort of defies explanation, she just seems like the coolest person ever.

Your biggest fashion faux pas:
Laurel
I think my most regrettable style phase was in high school, trying to dress preppier and "fit in." You can always tell when someone is doing something that's not totally natural to them, and I definitely looked awkward in Abercrombie.

Your current netflix addiction:
Laurel
I'm obsessed with old episodes of Sex and the City. The clothes in season 4 are beyond excellent.

What do you love most about your work:
Laurel
I love being digital because you have so much room to experiment. In traditional print, every magazine has such strict categories and things they do every month, but online there's a ton of flexibility and you're able to be a lot more creative. I'm super excited to see what we do over the next six months—we have huge plans for the brand! I also really love the team at The Coveteur. It really is like a family/sometimes it feels a little like summer camp. We're all friends.

One piece of advice you would give your 18-year-old self:
Laurel
If I could tell my 18 year old self anything it would be to not be afraid to ask for what you want. I was really shy and didn't feel comfortable speaking up for myself until I was a little older, and I wasted a lot of time in not ideal situations because of it.

Your most recent culinary discovery and obsession:

I'm currently trying to teach myself how to cook. Its not going well, but I'm trying!

Midnight snack of choice:
Laurel
I'm not a big midnight snacker, I'm an all the time snacker. I try and keep some veggies in the apartment so when I need second dinner late at night, it's something healthy that won't keep me up with lots of sugar.

Skincare product you can’t live without:
Laurel
I have four must-have beauty products—I have to have VMV Hypoallergenics BooBoo Balm. It's kind of a do-it-all wonder salve, I use it as a lip balm, on my cuticles, as a highlighter on my eyelids and cheekbones - pretty much everywhere. I also love Drunk Elephant's glycolic night serum. I was having skin issues and this pretty much cleared them up overnight. I wear Skinceuticals tinted SPF. It works like a tinted moisturizer to kind of even out my skin tone, but it also has SPF 50! The last thing is RMS Beauty's Un Cover Up - it's a really light, creamy concealer that's excellent under eyes. Sometimes I wear a little bit of mascara, but it's kind of hit or miss. If I had to pick just one product it would be the SPF. Sunscreen FTW!

Goto workout song on your most recent playlist:
Laurel
Lately I'm OBSESSED with Fifth Harmony's Work from Home. I saw the music video - which is genius and so 90's in my opinion - before I heard the song on its own, which is maybe why I like it so much, but I CAN'T STOP!

What is the best gift you’ve ever received:
Laurel
The best gift I ever received was a 17-18th century gold French engagement ring, which my husband gave me for Christmas last year from Bell & Bird in Austin. It's two hands clasped together, and really thick, chunky gold. It's so special and precious, I wear it every day. It's a total treasure. Tied for first place is my actual engagement ring!
